What this template is for
Privacy policies, terms of engagement, data-handling statements — the documents that must exist and should still look like the rest of the site. Structure: numbered clauses, one idea each, plain language first and legal precision where it counts.

Voice rules for legal pages
No ceremony in the operative text. Brand flavor lives only in the page dressing (crest, serif, hairlines); the words themselves stay plain, short, and true.

Example clause
We collect what the engagement requires and nothing else. Client code and data are never used to advertise, train, or demonstrate without written permission naming the artifact. Backups are encrypted; access is logged; the log is reviewed.
